Primary Responsibilities

The role will involve working closely with the Stakeholder, Technical Leads and team members to provide and drive business process reengineering, gather and document requirements needed to support Oracle Fusion Financial Consolidation & Close Process (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
Drive Requirement workshops, conduct Training sessions, Prototypes, CRP and UAT sessions with the clients, change management
Perform and / or overview system configurations, create functional design documents, analyze and document conversion related transformations, develop and document test scenarios and test scripts, handhold the users during UAT, hyper care

Implementation Experience :

Successfully completed at least 4 full life cycle implementations in Oracle Fusion Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS) Process Including implementation in multi layered and multi-currency organizations.

Successfully completed implementation of Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

Qualifications :

Work Experience : 8 years to 12 years

Mandatory strong experience in implementing FCCS application architecture, including data mapping, dimension structures, and calculation logic to align with business requirements, including consolidation rules with accounting principles, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and reporting capabilities security roles, data sources, and validation rules. Develop and implement custom calculations and data mappings as needed.

Experience of understanding and execution of data migration strategies from legacy systems to FCCS, with data integrity and accuracy, establishing integrations between FCCS and other application of Oracle Fusion and external solutions other than Oracle Fusion. .

Experience in implementing ARCS application including reconciliation rules and profiles, matching criteria, workflows, mappings and exception management, reporting including integration with other modules of Fusion and external applications.

Experience with other Oracle Fusion Modules like Planning & Budgeting (EPBCS) is an added advantage

Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; able to thrive with ambiguity Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Reporting and integration experience are good to have.
