Position Overview :

Makunai Global is seeking a passionate and goal-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. As a BDA, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through lead generation, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to understand customer needs and promote our services effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts including cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively present Makunai Global’s services and solutions.
  • Work with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Manage and update CRM tools with lead, opportunity, and contact information.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Participate in business meetings and presentations to pitch company offerings.
  • Maintain a high level of industry knowledge to identify trends and potential areas for business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and targets.
  • Meet or exceed weekly / monthly / quarterly sales goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business verticals and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track business development performance.

Preferred Skills :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Good understanding of B2B / B2C sales cycles and client acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and client meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Prior experience in the IT services or SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A quick learner with a proactive approach to building client relationships.
  • Education and Certifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certifications in sales, digital marketing, or CRM tools are a plus.
