We are looking for a Principal Product Manager – Dispatcher to lead the optimization, scalability, and growth of our dispatch platform, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination between orders and couriers.

• Product Development : Lead the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10, ensuring successful launches and continuous improvements.
• Feature Innovation : Design and develop new product features to improve user experience and boost engagement.
• User Funnel Management : Oversee all user funnels, optimizing onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Revenue Optimization : Drive initiatives to enhance Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and overall monetization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with operations, data, notifications, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of product features.
