Location : India (100% Remote)

Timings : 3.00PM to 12.00AM IST

Experience Level : 5 to 7 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with specialized expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to lead and support the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of SPM modules and extensive experience across ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Center to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Lead or contribute to the implementation and enhancement of SPM modules, including :
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Demand and Resource Management
• Strategic Planning Workspace and Planning Items
• Financial Planning
• Goals and OKRs
• Extend and maintain core functionality across ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Center.
• Design and implement custom solutions using :
• Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies / Actions
• Flow Designer workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs; ensure data accuracy and synchronization.
• Support platform governance, configuration management, and performance optimization.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (configurations, workflows, procedures).
• Collaborate in Agile / SAFe development environments and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
