Key responsibilities :
- Work extensively with UI Builder to design and develop custom pages and interfaces.
- Implement responsive and efficient user interfaces that align with business needs and organizational standards.
- Optimize the performance of UI pages and ensure smooth functionality across various devices and platforms.
- Designing and building custom workspaces and pages
- Utilizing the drag-and-drop functionality of the UI Builder to create forms, lists, dashboards, and other interactive elements within ServiceNow applications.
- Tailoring the user experience by arranging widgets, reports, and relevant data within workspaces to suit specific user roles and workflows.
- Connecting UI elements to relevant data sources within the ServiceNow platform to display dynamic information.
- Ensuring designed UIs comply with accessibility standards for users with disabilities.
- Working with business users and developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective UI designs.
- Experience in configuring pages for workspace or portal experiences
- Experience in using CSS to change the visual style in your workspace or portal experience.
- Experience in configuring the home page for agents and a variant for managers in workspaces.
Required skills :
Proficient in ServiceNow UI Builder : Strong understanding of the UI Builder interface, components, and customization options.
Front-end development knowledge : Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance UI elements when necessary.
User experience design principles : Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
ServiceNow platform knowledge :
Understanding of core ServiceNow concepts like tables, workflows, and security roles.
Problem-solving skills : Ability to troubleshoot UI issues and identify solutions.
