Job description

We are seeking a motivated Admin Executive in Finance to assist in both administrative and

finance functions. This hybrid role will involve processing invoices, analyzing costs,

managing Purchase Orders (POs), and contributing to various financial processes. The

ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness

to contribute to both financial and operational aspects of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Operations :

  • Process and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper

documentation, and timely processing.

  • Analyze costs and track financial performance, providing insights and suggestions for
  • cost control.

  • Assist in budgeting processes, monitor expenses across cost centers, and update
  • financial tracking systems.

  • Track and report on Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) costs, ensuring alignment with budget
  • forecasts.

  • Conduct market research to compare local salary bands, vendor costs, and other market
  • variables to ensure competitive positioning.

  • Support the preparation of financial reports and assist in regular financial analysis.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reconciliation, reporting, and
  • compliance.

    Administrative Operations :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage cost centers and track project
  • expenses.

  • Provide administrative support for finance and other departments, ensuring smooth
  • oƯice operations.

  • Prepare and present financial and operational reports to the senior management team.
  • Support maintaining vendor budgets and ensure adherence to internal guidelines.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : 1-3 years of experience in finance or administrative roles, focusing on
  • financial operations, invoice management, or cost analysis.

  • Technical Skills :
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft OƯice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.

    Understanding of budgeting processes, cost analysis, and financial tracking.

  • Ability to manage both finance and administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial and employee data.
