  • Understand client requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Maintain candidate records and update internal tracking systems.
  • Engage with clients to share profiles, get feedback, and manage expectations.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent sourcing preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
