What You'll Do :

Flexibility to work in 24x7 rotational shifts including weekend shifts .

Work involves :

  • L2 level support to global customers over technical issues on IBM Netezza Performance Server and IBM Integrated Analytics System appliances.
  • Providing RCA, solution / workarounds over variety of technical issues on IBM Netezza Performance Server and IBM Integrated Analytics System DW appliances.
  • Installations such as –Admin web console, Analytic tools, server / client certification etc.
  • Upgrades such as -Netezza Performance Server software, Netezza Performance Server Replication System (Standalone / clustered)
  • Activities such as System Expansion.
  • Helping customers in all maintenance tasks
  • Collaboration with developer and providing additional inputs for bug fixing.
  • Technical issue management & knowledgebase contributions, documentations.
  • Online / Offline Customer support and relationship management.
