Job Description
Essential Functions
The digital transformation projects and Business Development involves opportunity identification and proposal creation of multiple EXL solutions such as Point Automations, RPA, AI solutions etc.. The Lifecycle of the project role will consist of- Current State Mapping, Data / Trend Analysis, Opportunity Identification for multiple digital levers, To be State Creation, Business Case and Project Management of the Execution.
- Client / Stakeholder Management-Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skillsStrong customer service orientation ability to connect with customers and work with Global teams
- Team Management-Coordination with development team, infra set-up for initial solution designSupport resource alignment (hiring and onboarding)
- Project Management-Manage diagnostic and opportunity identification for AI as well as Non AI led solutionsDevelop and maintain project plan for assigned projectsEnsure timely report out of project progress to client through weekly / monthly governance calls / updatesHighlighting key risks and issues
- Value DeliverySupport in EXL strategic priorities for driving value capture for EXLThink out of the box, ability to conceptualize new solutions leveraging technology and process improvement techniques.
- End to End project ManagementCreating Business Case, Lead stakeholder discussions (Internal and external), co-ordinate with development team (including AI / ML)Presentation SkillsCreate proposals
