Role Overview :

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our educational content development pipeline, from market research through production to client engagement, while managing our platform development and optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Strategy & Development :

  • Lead market research initiatives to identify high-demand compliance training topics
  • Analyze enterprise client needs and regulatory trends to inform content roadmap
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and external collaborators to develop premium learning materials
  • Oversee the transformation of complex compliance topics into engaging learning experiences

Production Management :

  • Direct end-to-end content production workflow using advanced AI tools
  • Manage video production process, including scripting, recording, and AI-enhanced editing
  • Ensure consistent quality and brand standards across all educational materials
  • Optimize content development processes using AI automation tools
  • Platform & Development Management :

  • Lead technical development team in platform optimization and feature implementation
  • Manage development sprints and feature prioritization
  • Coordinate with developers for platform capabilities expansion
  • Oversee platform analytics, performance, and security standards
  • Drive continuous improvement of user experience and learning delivery
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Present educational solutions to potential enterprise clients and partners
  • Collaborate with sales team to craft compelling value propositions
  • Lead discovery calls to understand client compliance training needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Required Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with learning management systems
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Technical Requirements :

  • Proficiency in AI-powered content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc)
  • Experience with video editing software and AI-enhanced video production tools
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
  • Understanding of data analytics and performance metrics
  • Desired Skills :

  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory landscape
  • Experience in B2B sales or client relationship management
  • Background in instructional design or educational content development
  • Understanding of enterprise learning and development needs
