Position Overview :
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing innovative strategies to generate and nurture leads, drive engagement, and maximize sales conversions. Your role will involve managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data to optimize marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, engagement, and sales conversions.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars, events, and digital advertising.
- Manage and optimize lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Distribute content effectively across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze marketing program outcomes, generate insights, and present results to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on target audiences, key messages, and develop sales collateral.
- Coordinate with product teams to understand new features and benefits, incorporating them into marketing strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in demand generation or a related marketing role.Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
