Position Overview :

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing innovative strategies to generate and nurture leads, drive engagement, and maximize sales conversions. Your role will involve managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data to optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, engagement, and sales conversions.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars, events, and digital advertising.
  • Manage and optimize lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Distribute content effectively across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Analyze marketing program outcomes, generate insights, and present results to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on target audiences, key messages, and develop sales collateral.
  • Coordinate with product teams to understand new features and benefits, incorporating them into marketing strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or a related marketing role.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
