ServiceNow Architect - ITSM Module

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules, ensuring best practices and scalability.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow standards and governance.
• Architect and configure workflows, integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server), and custom applications.
• Drive automation for IT Operations (Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping) and IT Asset Lifecycle.
• Oversee HR Service Delivery implementations, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and HR workflows.
• Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow upgrades, new features, and industry trends.
