• Bachelors Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
• 10 years of electrical or mechanical engineering product development design repair or support experience including personnel leadership
• Working knowledge in power / electrical engineering; threephase alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) power IGBTs inverters rectifiers microprocessor and sensor interfacing firmware interfacing DC batteries connectors / wire harnesses
• Working knowledge in large and small scale cooling systems
• Strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics and PCBA layouts
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve and prevent a wide range of problems quickly and methodically
• Ability to operate in an electromechanical testing lab environment safely and successfully
• Must be comfortable interfacing with customer and at times traveling to sites to troubleshoot difficult or highprofile technical issues
• Excellent planning organizing documentation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and operate in cross functional global development teams
• Travel 15%
