Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Meeting with prospective Candidates.

2. Counselling the Fresher / students / professionals for various Retail courses and close the admissions.

3. Retail Career Counselling & Marketing for Retail Management courses

4. Preparing retail career path of student with the help of Retail Expert.

5. Achieving monthly admission target & follow-up for instalment fees from the students.

6. Sharing visit report & Admission MIS on daily basis.

7. Follow up with the prospective students and solve their queries.

8. Address Students academic concern & Placement coordination with the help of ARE.

9. Coordination with “Academy of Retail Excellence”

Required Skills :

1. Excellent Counselling skills with result oriented.

2. Presentable, Confident & self-motivated & target oriented.

3. Maintaining accurate & current knowledge of Retail industry / management Courses.

4. Maintain the MIS / Data base of Retail Employees / Student’s inquiry and follow ups.
