Quality Lead and Tester

Responsibilities

End to end testing of New Products and Applications Development

Preparing Test Cases and Documentation of UAT results based on User stories

Knowledge of various testing methods Unit testing, Component testing, Smoke testing, Sanity testing, Regression testing, Integration testing, API testing, UI testing.

Tracking failed cases and ensuring closure within Product Launch timelines

Support Product Go Live and Application deployment schedules

Identifying design or functional gaps if any to the development team and monitoring for closure

Take responsibility of meeting Quality standards and expected functionality of Product development

Ability to coordinate with Business Analyst and Technical Developers in getting issues and bugs fixed

Skills

Mandatory Experience of at least 4-5 years, in Application Development Testing and lifecycle processes

Experience in Automation testing in Selenium would be of added advantage

Mandatory Knowledge of Development Ops & Agile Methodology

Experience in managing of Process Automation

Ability to support New Product rollouts & Documentation as per Project Plan

Knowledge of Web & Mobile Technologies

Rational Analysis & Logical Thinking

Excellent Communication – Written & Oral

Project Management experience Preferred
