Role :
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of store.
It will involve ensuring that each store operates efficiently, meets sales goals, and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Regional Store Operations : Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple stores within the region, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to operational standards.
- Sales Performance : Drive sales growth across all stores in the region, ensuring that targets are met. Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Team Leadership & Development : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of store managers and staff, promoting a positive work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide
feedback and training to ensure team development.
Customer Experience : Ensure that all stores deliver an outstanding customer experience that aligns with brand values. Resolve customer issues or escalations efficiently to maintain customersatisfaction.
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation : Oversee the implementation of visual merchandisingguidelines in each store to maintain consistency and attractiveness. Ensure that store displays and
layouts are aligned with company standards and seasonal promotions.
Inventory & Stock Management : Monitor stock levels across stores to ensure optimal inventorymanagement. Work with the inventory team to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts
or excess inventory.
Budgeting & Financial Management : Manage the regional budget, ensuring cost control andprofitability. Monitor store expenses and implement cost-effective measures without compromising on store standards.
Reporting & Analysis : Provide regular reports on sales, inventory, staffing, and other key metrics to the senior management team. Use data to assess store performance and recommendimprovements.
Compliance & Standards : Ensure that all stores comply with company policies, health and safetyregulations, and legal requirements. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company
standards and procedures.
Promotions & Marketing : Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional promotions,events, and seasonal campaigns. Ensure effective communication of promotions to store teams and customers.
