Orbit Technologies has been providing complete solutions to its customers from a simple pH meter to a complete Water, Environmental, Food, Coal, Minerals & Materials analysis instrumentation for more than 25 years. We are associated with world renowned companies to market their product range in India. Apart from distributing instruments manufactured by our principals, we also undertake supply and commissioning of complete Chemical Lab Packages on turnkey basis. Our corporate headquarter, centrally located in Hyderabad is well equipped with the latest infrastructure for round the clock to support and serve our clients. We have country wide branch offices at Delhi, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Baroda, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar, Vizag, Bilaspur and Raipur with well trained and professionally qualified sales and service teams. Our range of water quality analyzers is suitable for water, wastewater and industrial effluent. We also offer analyzers in applications such as high purity water, steam condensate, cooling water and potable water. We offer a range of instruments for a number of parameters within these applications. Apart from the water quality analyzers, we offer instruments for quantitative analysis such as Flow, Level for Open Channel and closed pipe applications for water & waste waters. Keeping in view of technology advancement and increasing regulations, Orbit has expanded its analytical instrumentation range covering Coal, Coke, Iron Ores, Cement, Mineral and Material testing for serving Power industry, Coke Plants, Iron and Steel Industries, Mines, Process Industries and Testing Laboratories. To support our customers, we have started Repair and Testing center for Oxygen Combustion Bombs / Vessels in collaboration with our principals M / s. Parr Instruments Company, USA.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • coordinating sales / services team by managing schedules, filling important documents and communicating relevant information Quotation Making and Tender Making
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Respond to complaints from customer and give after sales support .
  • Organizing data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
  • Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
  • Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
  • Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Engineer or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Chemicals, Electronics and Manufacturing industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of tender making, quotation, analytical instuments, scientific instruments and lab instuments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
