Job title – Head Operation & Maintenance

Location – Chennai.

Years of experience -  Minimum 20 years

Roles :

  • Should Lead the Operation & Maintenance Engineers (Must)
  • Plan and Execute all the Operation & Maintenance activities (Must)
  • Maintain the plan for the required generation
  • Solar and renewable Project experience is required (Must)

Responsibilities :

  • Grass cutting
  • Module cleaning
  • Module testing in case modules are underperforming
  • Reporting and analyzing overall generation
  • Troubleshooting and guiding them in case of a shortfall in generation
  • Operational Activities
  • Meeting the Required Generation needs
  • Accountability of the solar panel cleaning, and vendor management.
  • Module testing in case modules are underperforming
  • Reporting and analyzing overall generation
