Job Title : HR Generalist

Location : Noida (Onsite)

Experience : 3-6 years

Job Type : Full-Time

Shift time : (Shift : 7 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 AM IST to align with US working hours)

Work Mode : 5 Days Work from office (Mon-Fri)

Job Overview :

As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment by managing employee engagement initiatives, handling attendance, supporting employee induction processes, and overseeing various HR generalist functions. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring efficient HR operations and promoting a culture of collaboration and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Employee Engagement :
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to increase job satisfaction, morale, and productivity.
  • Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and other initiatives to strengthen the employee experience.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback through surveys and meetings to improve engagement efforts.
  • Induction and Onboarding :
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating inductions, introducing company policies, and ensuring smooth integration into the workplace.
  • Provide new employees with the necessary tools, training, and support to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Attendance Management :
  • Oversee the attendance tracking system and ensure accurate recording of employee attendance, including leaves, absences, and overtime.
  • Monitor patterns of absenteeism and collaborate with managers to address any attendance-related concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding attendance and punctuality.
  • Employee Relations :
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees' concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support managers in resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and implement feedback to improve employee retention.
  • Generalist HR Support :
  • Assist in other HR functions, including performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Support managers with recruitment efforts, such as creating job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Ensure accurate employee records are maintained and regularly updated.
  • Administrative Support :
  • Maintain employee files, attendance records, and HR databases with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Assist in generating HR reports for management on key metrics related to attendance, engagement, and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably with a focus on employee engagement and attendance management.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and labor laws.
  • Familiarity with HRMS Zoho (preferably).
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
