About your team

Our CPO Change and Innovation team is a centralized global team supporting the Chief People Officer in driving change and innovation within CPO. This includes ensuring we prioritise the right initiatives to drive forward our people strategy and meet the needs of Fidelity’s global businesses, and working closely with a broad range of solution providers including Technology, Business Change, and Process Simplification teams to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and embedded. These can include global programmes that enhance the employee experience, drive diversity and inclusion and develop our culture, as well as regulatory initiatives, operational transformation programmes, and small scale enhancements that improve the way we operate.

About your role

As a CPO Change Analyst, you will be required to work with people across CPO and beyond, to provide change analysis support and training across a variety of change initiatives in the CPO portfolio. Your primary focus over the next 18 months will be to fulfil this role within the Payroll Transformation programme. Whereby, you will develop a deep understanding of the new end-to-end payroll processes, and the key connections and dependencies within these processes to ensure payroll activities run efficiently and cost-effectively on a global scale.

Y our key responsibilities will be :

  • Analysing, mapping and maintaining the new end-to-end payroll processes during each phase of the region by region rollout, ensuring any country specific process exceptions and requirements are included.
  • Utilising your knowledge of these processes to identify, develop and deliver detailed training and guidance to the Payroll team, including maintaining all key process and communication documentation. Whilst evaluating the effectiveness of the training program to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with Payroll teams, CPO departments, and other relevant stakeholders to gather information, provide regular communication and ensure alignment between payroll processes and training efforts.
  • Providing change analysis support on a variety of CPO change initiatives, whilst ensuring alignment of changes to the CPO people priorities and strategic roadmap
  • Conducting change impact assessments and supporting the triage process for all new ideas raised across CPO, to ensure the highest value outcomes are identified, prioritised and delivered.
  • Facilitating workshops on processes, data and system requirements with working groups across regions
  • Collaborating and building relationships with our key stakeholders - CPO, Technology, Business Change & Process Simplification

About you

With experience in change and process analysis, training and agile ways of working, you’re the specialist we need. You have :

  • Experience of providing change analysis support on a wide variety of initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and influence diverse audiences.
  • Able to undertake process analysis and produce documentation that is easy to understand
  • Experience of working with stakeholders across regions to develop and gain agreement to adopt new functionality, processes or ways of working. Communicating changes effectively across wide stakeholder communities.
  • Faciliated requirement workshops and demos with stakeholders across functions and regions
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in supporting agile delivery teams in backlog refinement, prioritisation and sprint management.
  • Understanding of end-to-end payroll processes / or equivalent
