Job Description

An experienced Technical Program Manager will work closely with product management, engineering and partners to define requirements, manage schedules and lead cross functional teams to deliver a wide variety of strategic products. They will be a highly visible leader that will own the communication, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent programs. They will creatively solve complex and ambiguous problems that span numerous systems and organizations. They will also identify opportunities to scale by defining and overseeing processes that align with the evolving needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded technical hands-on experience having background history of leading banking and Regulatory programs.

1. Work closely with Risk and Compliance Team to understand the requirements and relevant metrics needed on the requirement

2. Understand with product and Tech. teams (Data Owners) if the relevant data instrumentation is enabled.

3. Ensure that the data from the Data Owners reach the Datawarehouse with pipelines that are extensible

4. Work with Business to ensure dashboards are driving the right insights, reduce adhoc query , reduce manual intervention for deep dives and increase self serve.

5. Empower Data Products Team to (Advanced Analytics, Platform, Frontend) to continuously evolve in terms of data reliability, scalability.

6. Work with Data Engineering team to optimize, scale storage, compute and data availability.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related field
• Experience contributing to technical discussions around decisions and technical strategy to enable long term program vision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with reliability maintenance or manufacturing related products is a plus
• Experience with operations management, inventory management, and warehouse management systems
• Experience with AGILE or other program management methodologies
• Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple technical and operations and teams
