ServiceNow Sr Admin (5-8 Years)
Must Have Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow administration
- Ability to demonstrate and lead on defining ITSM best practices, testing & migration approach.
- Experience in participating Technical Governance board assisting on Technical Analysis of new features, tech debt.
- Experience with Release planning, release governance , production readiness review
- Familiar with administration of Custom Codes
- Hands on experience in leading at least 2 ServiceNow upgrades, establishing best practices.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub
- Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
- Hands on experience with Performance Analytics
- Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server
- Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management
- Experience of LDAP / Active Directory / SSO implementation
- Experience in the Agile Software Development Cycle

Worked on CMDB, CSDM, Discovery & Service MappingExperience in working on Performance AnalyticsDesign and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM.Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.Academic and Professional Experience
Professional
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration required.7+ years of experience with IT Industry required.Academics
Certified System Admin is a must.CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer preferred.One Mainline certification is a must.CMDB, Performance Analytics certifications preferred.ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
