Location : Remote (preferably- Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, West Bengal, Assam, Mumbai, Pune)

Position Type : Full-Time

Language Proficiency :

  • Mandatory : Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Preferable : Knowledge of Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi is highly preferred.
  • Additional Preference : Candidates with proficiency in foreign languages will be given higher preference.

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced professional to join our dynamic team in a dual-focused role specializing in strategic partnerships and healthcare recruitment . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in healthcare recruitment, business development, or partnership management, coupled with a proven ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships within the healthcare ecosystem, including professionals, organisations, and institutions.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in :

  • Driving strategic collaborations that align with organisational objectives.
  • Sourcing and recruiting top-tier healthcare talent to meet staffing demands.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders to address workforce challenges and support the growth of our clients.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on expanding the client base and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strategic alliances with healthcare organizations, institutions, and professionals to promote collaboration and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and grow market share.
  • Conduct market research to understand workforce trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs, provide tailored staffing solutions, and deliver top-tier healthcare talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and generate new business leads.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and recruitment targets, contributing to the organization's overall success.
  • Ideal Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, human resources, or a related field (a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
  • Experience : At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, healthcare recruitment, business development, or strategic partnership management, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry.
  • Sales Acumen : Demonstrated success in client acquisition, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Healthcare Knowledge : Familiarity with healthcare workforce dynamics, industry challenges, and best practices in staffing and recruitment.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Networking Skills : Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, organizations, and institutions.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to address client needs.
  • Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in using CRM software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Negotiation Skills : Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners.
  • Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
