Job description

Responsibilities

  • Integrate and configure Fenergo with the bank's systems .
  • Develop and generate internal reports using data extracted from Fenergo to support business decision-making.
  • Execute and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Maintenance Release (MR) cycles, ensuring smooth operation and successful deployment.
  • Provide support for defect resolution by troubleshooting and implementing necessary fixes to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across Fenergo and other integrated systems.

Skills / Requirement

  • 3+ years of experience with Fenergo or similar systems, particularly with system integrations and data flows.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, report development, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven track record in resolving defects and issues, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
