Store Manager Required for Northern Region - Haryana, Ludhiana, Himachal Pradesh, Jalandhar, Patiala, Nawanshahr (Punjab)

Exp : 1+yrs in Retail Industry; Preferably Footwear, Apparel, Fashion, Clothing, Food Industries

Min. 2+yrs as Store Manager, Asst. Store Manager, Floor Manager, Department Manager, Showroom Manager

Locations : Haryana, Ludhiana, Himachal Pradesh, Jalandhar, Patiala, Nawanshahr (Punjab);

Need people only from these locations, relocation candidates not acceptable at the moment.

Salary : Open, depending on the experience

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations
