Job Title :  Insights Analytics Manager

Location :  Bangalore

Business & Team :  Data & Analytics CoE - X15 Ventures

Impact & contribution :

  • Using commercial acumen to translate analytics into meaningful business insights, which will integrate into decision-making and business strategy
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to become a trusted advisor and maximise effectiveness of analytics services, embedding reporting and analytics in everyday business
  • Leading projects and cross functional teams to achieve outcomes for the business you support
  • Mentoring and coaching fellow team members to further develop their technical knowledge within analytics and build their commercial / business acumen. Cross skilling specific analytical skills and business knowledge across the team.
  • Role model CBA vision and values by building a strong team culture that drives employee engagement
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Your role as Manager Analytics will be responsible for leading work streams and deliver insights and analytic solutions. Additionally, you will required to collaborate with Operations and Technology stakeholders to leverage cross functional capability in the team to allow Operations and Technology to achieve its goals.
  • The key accountabilities include :
  • Drive key business decision-making by delivering relevant and value added strategic and tactical analytics and reporting. Ensure insights are actioned through internal customers
  • Identify scope and manage projects based on required strategic outcome, available data and desired analytical approach. Prioritisation and management of workflow to ensure that project deadlines are adhered to and any issues are quickly escalated to relevant stakeholders
  • Proactively explore and identify new sources of data to improve understanding of product and customer
  • Champion strategic, tactical and ad hoc analytics to support internal customer outcomes using appropriate analytic techniques
