Position Overview
Autodesk is the world's leading 3D software company. Being the leader requires a lot of data, coordination, and the information technology and support to lead that success. Autodesk is looking for someone to join our support organization to help us achieve our big data strategy and our product analytics.
You will be part of a multi-functional team providing production support for internal Autodesk data technologies from our Data Lake ingestion to analytics and reporting. Your knowledge of cloud computing and cloud services will help us provide a better experience to our product and IT projects. From troubleshooting and root cause analysis to code deployment to monitors and automation to cost optimization. Your career at Autodesk will be a blend of strategic support, engineering, and data provisioning. You will report to the manager. It's a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Data Reliability & Data Availability

Product Usage data pipeline support
Optimize the utilization of the resources
Automate the process of deployment
Monitoring dashboards and alerting
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years experience with Spark 3, Parquet, Hive, and other big data technology
2+ years experience with Snowflake
2+ years experience with integration tools (Airflow, FiveTran, Matillion)
4+ years experience working with Amazon (AWS) and other cloud operation models
3+ years working in a tech or data support position
2+ years experience with reporting tools (Preferably : Looker, Power BI, QlikView, Business Objects)
2+ years experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.)
Experience with Git or other code control systems
Preferred Qualifications
Strong time management skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Stakeholder Management & Mentorship skills
Familiarity with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins
Good experience with issue / ticket management tools like Service Now
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work as part of a team, including sharing effort and information
Experience working in Agile project patterns
Design experience with any of the above required skills
5+ years working in information technology positions
