Influencer Marketing - Full Time role

Flickzilla Entertainment is an influencer marketing and talent management firm that got incepted in the year 2021. We have been doing influencer marketing for personal care brands like Mamaearth, Jovees Herbal, The Derma Co. etc along with promoting a few courses from universities like Chandigarh University, Rishihood University etc. Under our Talent management segment that goes by the name of Talent Zilla , we are as of now managing some creators from the personal care, fashion and lifestyle sector.
Role Description
We’re looking for a dynamic, well-connected Influencer Marketer / Account Manager to lead strategic influencer campaigns that drive brand visibility and engagement across platforms like Instagram and YouTube. The ideal candidate has a strong network within the influencer community and a passion for building meaningful creator partnerships that fuel growth and align with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Research, vet, and build strong relationships with relevant influencers and content creators.
Maintain a network of trusted creators across multiple verticals and platforms.
Conceptualize and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
Align strategies with brand objectives, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences.
Communicate partnership opportunities, negotiate deliverables and rates, and manage contracts.
Ensure all collaborations comply with brand standards and FTC guidelines.
Provide creative guidance on content direction, current trends, and platform-specific best practices.
Review and approve influencer content to ensure brand alignment and high-quality output.
Track key KPIs including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
Compile reports and insights to evaluate campaign ROI and inform future strategies.
Stay ahead of social and influencer marketing trends.
Proactively identify new influencers, content formats, and campaign ideas to enhance visibility.
Partner closely with internal marketing, creative, and social teams to ensure cohesion across all campaigns.
Align influencer initiatives with broader brand and product marketing plans.

Rs 25,000 / Month + Incentive (Negotiable on the basis of experience)
