Job Role

  • Handling customer queries, complaints, chat, and email.

Work Arrangement

  • Work from office
  • Experience

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year and above experience in an International BPO.
  • Salary

  • Up to 4.2 LPA (hike as per last drawn & experience)

    Requirements :

  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in handling chat / email in different time zones.
  • Ability to handle chat / email from global clients and provide professional responses.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Basic technical knowledge.
  • Shift

  • 5 days working rotational 24 / 7 shift
