Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions.

HR Management and HR Operations skills Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge Experience in Human Resources (HR) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
