Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, payroll support, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for showroom, factory, and office staff.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions across platforms.
  • Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.
  • 2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage joining formalities and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain updated employee records (physical and digital).
  • 3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Monitor attendance records from biometric systems.
  • Coordinate with accounts for salary processing, leaves, and deductions.
  • 4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

  • Assist in organizing employee activities, celebrations, and training sessions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries or concerns.
  • 5. Performance & Appraisal Support

  • Maintain evaluation records, help track performance reviews.
  • Assist in designing and implementing appraisal systems.
  • 6. Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure company policies are up to date and legally compliant.
  • Manage statutory compliance - PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, etc.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading companies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR software / tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic HR tech platforms.
  • Work Timings :

    11 to 8 PM 6 Days a Week

    Salary Range :

    15,000 - 20,000 per month (Based on experience and capability)
