Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Control Inspector cum auditor for iso audits to join our team at a paper corrugated box manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer requirements, as well as maintaining high standards of quality control throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards

  • Develop and maintain audit programs and schedule
  • Review and analyze audit findings and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with ISO standards
  • Provide training and support to staff on ISO standards and audit processes
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Perform in-process inspections of production lines to identify and address quality issues in real-time.
  • Conduct regular audits of the production process to ensure that all quality control procedures are being followed.
  • Work with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and production data.
  • Communicate quality control issues to management and other related staff in a clear and timely manner.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on quality control procedures and standards.
  • should capable to lead quality audits related to ISO / & other quality standards of customers.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and auditing processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant ISO auditing certifications would be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Experience with quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control, root cause analysis, and failure mode and effects analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English's.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based quality control tools.
