Position : BIM Architect
Location : Gurugram, Chennai
Qualification Required : B.Arch
Experience Required : 3+ Years
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create architectural models using BIM software (e.g., Revit) and ensure accuracy and completeness of design information.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs into the overall BIM project model.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts to enhance coordination and minimize errors.
- Generate architectural construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to company / project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
- Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable.
