Job Description : Principal Analyst / Research Analyst

Location : Faridabad (Head Office), Cosmos Pumps Pvt. Ltd.

Experience : 2–5 years in business analysis, market research, or strategy roles

Responsibilities :

Collect, organize, and analyze data related to market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities for growth, including new products, markets, and geographical expansions.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for entering new markets or launching new products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
Present clear, concise, and actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend adjustments to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

Strong understanding of market research techniques and financial modeling.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

Knowledge of global markets and business strategies is a plus.
