Experience with Epic system components and administration :

• Epic System Components : Through understanding of the Epic systems components, infrastructure and system architecture. Epic certifications on system administration.
• User Management : Knowledge on Administering user accounts, roles, and permissions to specific functionalities within the Epic system.
• System Monitoring : Continuously monitoring the performance and health of the Epic system to ensure optimal operation and quick resolution of any issues.
• Data Security : Implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect patient data and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• System Updates : Experience with applying updates and patches to the Epic system to keep it current with the latest features and security enhancements.
• Training and Support : Providing training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the Epic system and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
