The Role

This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of the production / distribution area. This includes assembly test packaging, inventory control, shipping, and any other tasks required to meet timely distribution.

Essential Functions

• Ensure that all applicable processes and procedures are followed during the entire Warehouse and distribution process.
• Manage deliveries of goods inbound / outbound and ensure goods are accounted and stored safely and securely and are dispatched efficiently / timely to customers.
• Knowledge of day-to-day warehouse operations, such as receiving, warehousing, distribution, inventory, and maintenance of products.
• Maintain POD / Airway bill for outward and inward deliveries.
• Update on the POD details and other in the system.
• Good Interaction with courier co / CHA / Customer for smooth operation
• Verifying and processing Courier payment
• Knowledge in SAP / ERP.
• Identify and escalate all issues impacting customer orders and work with the responsible parties until a resolution is implemented and the order ships.
• Working with Product compliance team to ensure BIS (bureau of Indian Standards) and other product compliance – (not for China)
• Generate E Way bill
• Handling goods, packing, repacking, receiving and shipping etc.

Qualification
