1        Exciting Opportunity for Non-Technical Graduate Freshers 2024 passout in a leading MNC @Mumbai-Airoli location

Job Role :

• To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company.
• Handling customers backend data and maintaining reports
• Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
• Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.

Note : Candidate Should be residing within 30 km from Airoli.

Salary Offered :   Freshers - 19000 CTC per month

Minimum Qualification : BA, BBA, BCOM, BBI, BAF, BMS (BSC IT NOT CONSIDER) .Diploma and Technical(BE, BTECH), BSC, BCA graduates please do not apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word and power point) Freshers (2023 ) pass out required Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings) Should have all mark sheets until last semester of graduation without any backlog / arrears, Aadhar card, pan card. Candidate should have fully vaccinated Salary Offered : Freshers - 18500 CTC per month
