Job Description :

• Design, implement, and manage the organization's network infrastructure to ensure reliable and high-speed connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to optimize network efficiency.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular security audits.
• Manage device inventory, including tracking assets, configurations, and software licenses.
• Ensure that laptops and devices are properly configured with necessary software, security patches, and updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops and devices, providing technical support to end-users.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations in the management of employee devices and network data.
• Gathering, reviewing and analyzing business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
• Liaising between various business departments and groups
• Assessing and identifying areas for improvement in the company s present business processes
• Modernizing systems by investigating and evaluating new IT developments and contemporary business practices
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to source and procure necessary hardware, software, and networking equipment.
• Formulate IT policies and procedures and take care of its proper implementation.
• Oversee hardware, software, and operating system daily operations.
• Take care of data security, network access, and system backup.
• Manage installation, up-gradation, and maintenance of software and other technological components.
• Purchasing and replacing hardware-software devices keeping in mind its performance.
• Work towards fulfilling all needs and functional specifications of the users from the system.
• Testing the functioning of the IT systems, resolving any issues that arise, and modifying them.
• Identify problematic areas and technological risks within the system and come up with effective solutions.
• Develop efficient disaster recovery plans and backup procedures.
• Ensure that all the IT activities adhere to the applicable rules and regulations.
