OSINT Investigator – Anti-Piracy & Compliance

Remote | Growth-Focused Environment

Compensation : Fixed Monthly Salary : $500 - $850, 2-year renewable contract as an independent contractor.

Are you an experienced OSINT investigator with a strong background in anti-piracy enforcement and compliance ? Do you have a keen eye for detail, deep research skills, and the ability to identify and track software infringement cases? If so, Ruvixx wants you on our team!

We are now looking for an experienced OSINT Investigator to support these efforts.

What You’ll Do :

Review & Analyze Telemetry Data : Identify software infringements using phone-home data, IP addresses, usage logs, and other OSINT methodologies .

Conduct Advanced Company Research : Verify targeted companies, identify key stakeholders , and gather actionable intelligence for enforcement actions.

Case Development & Investigation : Build comprehensive cases against infringers, ensuring all investigative work meets compliance and enforcement standards.

Maintain & Organize Case Data : Manage and update internal systems ( CRM, databases ) with relevant investigative details to support legal and compliance teams.

Support Anti-Piracy Campaigns : Assist internal teams, partners, and clients with investigation reports and insights, driving campaign effectiveness.

Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing : Document methodologies, contribute to investigative best practices , and help refine OSINT processes for efficiency.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience : 2+ years in anti-piracy investigations, software compliance, or OSINT research .

OSINT Expertise : Strong knowledge of TECHINT, FININT, SOCMINT , and data analysis techniques.

Investigative Skills : Proven ability to track, analyze, and report on software piracy cases .

Data Proficiency : Experience with CRM tools, case management systems, and Excel / Google Sheets .

Communication Skills : Fluent in English ( B2+ level ), able to present findings effectively via reports, emails, and video calls.

Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving : Ability to connect data points , verify intelligence, and develop accurate case narratives .

Resilience & Adaptability : Able to handle shifting priorities, work independently , and collaborate with regional teams .
