Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). Key Roles and Responsibilities

• 2-4 year of experience, preferred from Banking domain
• Act as a primary POC for all terminal configuration requests and activation of payment methods for our merchants.
• Should clearly understand the policies of banking partners to drive timely TID allocation.
• Own & execute end to end cost queries internally & with our banking partners.
• Should have the ability to collaborate & execute activities independently.
• Work with cross-functional teams.
• Achieve TAT targets consistently.
• Understand and work towards teams / organizations objectives.
