Job descriptiono Bachler’s Degree in Mechanical o 8+ years and maximum of 10 Yrs. in HVAC design experience with minimum of 6-8 Yrs. Experience on Gulf projects design. o Responsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements within budget and schedule. o Ability to work independently or as a part of a team o To provide planning, support, design of HVAC systems with the team assigned. o Oversees completeness and accuracy of project team's work by supervising and guiding team to meet overall project objectives. o Responsible for production of design output, quantity and specifications by guiding the team. o Do resource allocation for the projects with allotted budget and man-hours. o Expertise in HVAC systems, BMS controls, district cooling systems, VRF & DX splits, Heat Recovery Ventilation systems, Ventilation system etc... o Good experience in calculating, designing and selecting HVAC systems o Expertise in computer skills, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP & BIM platform o Coordinate efforts of assigned design team to ensure completeness and accuracy of design effort o Coordinate with multi-disciplines on projects o Understanding of engineering standards, codes of practice and UAE authorities’ guidelines o Assists with project management duties. o Have effective written, communication & coordination skills with multi-disciplines on projects
