Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into various computer systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including but not limited to :
- Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Databases
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Basic accounting software
- Review data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve basic data entry errors.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security.
- Assist with basic data cleaning tasks.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong typing skills with good accuracy.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to meet deadlines.Note :
