We're Hiring : RFP Sourcing & Proposal Writing Specialist | US Staffing | Remote | 3 PM – 12 AM IST

We are building a Proposal Writing team at GenSigma and are looking for professionals who specialize in sourcing RFPs and supporting proposal development for the US market.

Role Highlights :

Title : RFP Sourcing & Proposal Writing Specialist
Shift Timing : 3 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM IST
Work Mode : Remote / Hybrid (as applicable)
Industry : US Staffing / IT Services

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and source RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from federal, state, and local portals such as SAM.gov, FedConnect, BidNet, and other government bidding platforms

Analyze RFP requirements and route relevant opportunities to the Business Development team

Coordinate with proposal writers and internal stakeholders to support end-to-end proposal submission

Maintain a structured tracker for all sourced and submitted proposals

Monitor deadlines and ensure timely updates on proposal progress

Preferred Experience :

1–4 years of experience in RFP sourcing, bid management, or government contracting (US market)

Familiarity with federal and state procurement portals

Background in US Staffing, IT Consulting, or Professional Services is preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documents
