Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development

  • Design market entry strategies for solar / storage sectors, targeting government agencies, key developers (e.g., Adani Green, Tata Power Solar), and regional distributors.
  • Lead end-to-end project management, including technical proposal design, bidding, and long-term contract negotiation.

2. Policy & Partnership

  • Monitor policies (e.g., PLI, FAME subsidies) and competitor activities, providing actionable insights for headquarters.
  • Collaborate with local engineering firms and financial institutions to secure project financing.
  • 3. Team Collaboration

  • Support local sales team building and agent network training programs.
  • Qualifications

    1. Experience

  • 10+ years in solar / storage industry with proven success in India market entry (project evidence required).
  • Deep understanding of India’s energy project ecosystem and government / enterprise networks.
  • 2. Competencies

  • Expertise in off-grid storage and commercial solar solutions; capable of drafting feasibility reports.
  • Fluent in English & Hindi; willing to travel 50%+ monthly.
  • 3. Others

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering / Business (MBA preferred); based in Delhi / Mumbai.
