We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead agribusiness growth across North Queensland - from Cairns to Bowen, including the Tablelands.

This role is not just about client acquisition - it’s about owning the sales performance of the region, building meaningful partnerships, and driving growth through strategy, service, and results. You’ll be supported by a strong operational team who manage worker mobilisation and compliance, leaving you free to focus on sales, relationships, and retention .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with Agri Employers – Build strong, consultative relationships to understand and meet their seasonal workforce needs.
• Grow the PALM Program – Help agri businesses onboard and benefit from this government-backed labour mobility scheme.
• Own Regional Sales Performance - Monitor sales, pipeline, and margins for the region. Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and improve client retention
• Be a Strategic Seller - Exceed sales and margin targets through well-planned, structured activity aligned with our broader growth strategy
• Workforce Planning - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding processes
• Lead with Compliance – Champion our high standards by ensuring every placement meets PALM and Australian labour law requirements.
• Identify New Markets - Spot opportunities across regions and industries to expand our footprint and deliver tailored solutions
