Proficiency in performance tuning, issue resolution, and troubleshooting methodologies. Experience with license management, compliance, and resource optimization
Job Description :
- Implement and configure Blue Yonder solutions for supply chain, warehouse management, and other modules.
- Perform migration of Blue Yonder solutions to cloud environments and provide on-premises support.
- Design and execute application testing processes, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor system performance, detect issues, and troubleshoot Blue Yonder applications to ensure system stability and performance.
- Provide application design and development support to meet business requirements.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting to resolve critical system and application issues.
- Ensure effective license management, compliance, and optimization for Blue Yonder applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-performing solutions and resolve technical challenges.
- Support upgrades, patches, and version migrations for Blue Yonder applications.
- Develop documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
