LI-Hybrid

Experienced professional responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reliable and scalable machine learning pipelines, enabling seamless deployment and monitoring of models in production environments.

Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines and workflows.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionize and deploy machine learning models.
Automate the model training, evaluation, and deployment processes using CI / CD practices.
Build and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure for machine learning model hosting and serving.
Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Implement data versioning, model versioning, and experiment tracking systems.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of MLOps tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align MLOps initiatives with business objectives.

Professional Experience :

5-6 years of overall experience in software engineering or a related field.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with MLOps practices and tools.

Experience in deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments.

Familiarity with modern software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or DevOps practices

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Technical Knowledge and Programming :

Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and its machine learning services.

Expertise in programming languages such as Python or Scala for developing MLOps pipelines and tools.

Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Pytorch, or scikit-learn.

Knowledge of data engineering tools and technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Airflow).

Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Project Specific Skills :

Experience with model monitoring and model governance practices.

Familiarity with machine learning model serving frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Serving, KFServing, Seldon Core).

Knowledge of MLOps platforms and tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLFlow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).

Experience with feature engineering, feature stores, and data validation techniques.

Understanding of machine learning model versioning, experiment tracking, and model lineage.

Academics :

Preferred MBA / M.SC from Statistics / Computer Science

Graduate – B-Tech / BE or B.Sc. in Statistics / Computer Science
