About the Role :
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented individual to lead our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across our global operations, including India, Germany, and Thailand. This role will be pivotal in shaping our organization's culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and driving business success through diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and Implement DEI Strategy : Create and execute a comprehensive DEI strategy aligned with our business objectives, ensuring it is integrated into our overall business plan.
- Business Case Development : Develop compelling business cases to demonstrate the value of DEI initiatives, including increased innovation, improved employee engagement, and enhanced brand reputation.
- Partnership Building : Collaborate with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for DEI initiatives.
Program Management :
ERG Development and Support : Facilitate the establishment and growth of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), such as Women in STEM, PWD, and Veterans, providing guidance, resources, and opportunities for professional development.Diversity Chmpaions : Champion programs to enhance work-life balance, including flexible work arrangements, childcare support, and parental leave policies.Talent Acquisition and Development : Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop strategies to attract and retain diverse talent, including targeted recruitment campaigns and inclusive hiring practices.Career Development and Progression : Implement initiatives to support the career advancement of Diversity groups, such as mentoring programs, coaching, and sponsorship opportunities.Global DEI : Drive DEI initiatives across our global operations, adapting to local cultural nuances and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with HR teams in India, Germany, and Thailand to ensure consistency and alignment.Measurement and Reporting :
Establish Metrics : Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.Data Analysis and Reporting : Track and analyze DEI data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Regular Reporting : Prepare regular reports on DEI progress, including key metrics, success stories, and recommendations for future actions.Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.7- 8 years of experience in DEI, HR, or a related field.Strong understanding of DEI principles, best practices, and trends.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels, travelling will be required for this role.Strong project management skills and attention to detail, Canva, Dashboards, ExcelPassion for creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace.If you are a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion and eager to make a significant impact on our organization, we encourage you to apply.
