Strategic Direction Summary :

Contributes to the organization by delivering high-quality service that clients see Buchprufer as their

IT Services firm of choice.

Position Summary :

The Techno Functional Consultant perform diversified IT support services under the team lead / manager direction with minimum assistance. Techno Functional Consultant can make decisions on routine jobs except for unusual issues and circumstances. When such a situation arises, outline them to the IT manager, Directors or Partners and then act on their advice.

Performance Appraisal : Three-six months probation review, and then a Half-yearly review based on the calendar year

Key Accountabilities :

1. Key result area :

a. Handle hardware and software technologies and developing innovative solutions

Major activities :

a) Provide guidance with process design.

b) Design, develop, and test automation workflows.

c) Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.

d) Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.

e) Create process and end-user documentation.

f) Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).

g) Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.

h) Work directly with clients to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.

i) Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.

j) Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.

k) Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.

General :

a) Adhere to HR policies and procedures.

b) Necessary steps should be taken to protect the firm's interest.

c) Ensure minimum chargeability requirements.

d) Ensure a minimum PMS score of 3.9 consistently for further progression

Skills And Knowledge :

Essential :

a) Ability to conduct in-house training to increase end-user proficiency.

b) Ability to develop and maintain internal error logs and provide support.

c) Proficiency in providing efficient web-portal support.

d) Ability to ensure optimal system functionality by monitoring performance metrics.

e) Advanced knowledge of data protection and software encryption.

f) Ability to keep up with IT trends and innovation.

Desirable : Knowledge of business processes and software Attributes :

Desirable : Positive, Proactive AND DEVELOPMENT :

Essential : Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.

Desirable : Relevant certification in related field.
