Job Location : Margao, Goa

100% onsite

Job Description :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team. You’ll assist with sourcing candidates, building relationships, and supporting our recruitment efforts. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for networking, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms and networking events.
  • Build relationships with candidates, hiring teams and placement officers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Help with recruitment events and job fairs, with occasional travel.
  • Maintain candidate databases (ATS) and support administrative tasks.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

  • Year of Experience : 0 to 1 Year in the related field
  • Good communication and networking skills (both online and offline).
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and proactive.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
